【英语周记】This week was quite busy, but I still found some time to practice my English. I have been trying to improve my vocabulary and grammar, so I spent some time reading articles and watching English videos. It’s amazing how much I can learn just by listening and reading.

One of the things I did this week was writing a short essay in English. I chose the topic "My Favorite Subject," and I tried to use some new words I learned. I also asked my teacher for feedback, and she said I did a good job, but I need to work on sentence structure. That gave me some motivation to keep practicing.

In class, we had a group discussion about the importance of learning a second language. Some students said it helps with future jobs, while others thought it makes you more open-minded. I agreed with both points because I believe knowing another language opens up many opportunities.

I also tried to speak more in class. At first, I was a bit nervous, but after a few times, I felt more confident. I think speaking is one of the most important parts of learning a language, and I want to get better at it.
