I often have noodles for breakfast or dinner. Sometimes my mum makes them with vegetables and eggs. Other times, she adds some meat. I think noodles are healthy and tasty. They give me energy to study and play.

In China, there are many kinds of noodles, like beef noodles, chicken noodles, and vegetable noodles. My favourite is the egg noodle. It’s soft and smooth. I also like eating noodles when it's cold outside. It warms my body and makes me feel good.

I think noodles are one of the best foods in the world. I hope I can learn how to cook noodles by myself one day. I will try my best to make them taste good.
